In the past I would create deconstruction images of food, but this time I decided to create one of myself. When I say deconstruction, I am referring to all the elements that make something. For example all the ingredients that go into making a cookie. I still believe this concept of photography is perfect for someone creating a cook book or perhaps has a product that has a lot of moving part. It’s endless really! Well for this image I surrounded myself with all my photography gear (well as much as I could squeeze into the frame).
The video below I share with you how I was able to capture this shot BTS (Behind The Scenes) . I also wanted an excuse to experiment with my new go pro camera! The video quality is amazing and the ability to use your phone to control this device from a distance, however the image quality is okay. I honestly wouldn’t use the photo feature for clients, but I would use it for video b-roll footage. Anyways it was fun to play around and capture this shot. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.

Last year in 2020 I was published in four publications one in Germany, Australia, Canada and the fourth I honestly can’t track where they are from! I can’t wait to create more this year and to share more videos and behind the scenes.
Happy New Year! Let’s make 2021 better than 2020. Together we can get ourselves back to living life to the fullest. I know for me making art and supporting small business is a great step forward. So what are you waiting for – Watch the video in the making below:
